A fully bespoke grooming experience tailored to your dog’s coat type, structure, and lifestyle. The ritual features a curated blend of premium care products and an ozone-infused bath for a deeper, purifying cleanse, followed by expert hand-styling and precise detailing — a complete head-to-tail transformation, refined and effortlessly elevated.

Optional add-on treatments designed to go beyond the essentials. Includes detangling for more advanced or matted coats, teeth cleaning, nail trimming, and targeted skin & coat care for dogs with sensitive or compromised skin, using gentle, specialized products to support comfort and recovery.

Puppy One-to-one orientation

A delicate first grooming experience for puppies, thoughtfully designed to feel calm, safe, and positive. We recommend starting after the puppy’s vaccination course is completed and once your vet confirms it is safe to visit a grooming salon — usually from around 12–16 weeks.
Session 1
A soft first meeting with the salon environment, gentle brushing, nail touch, and calm handling
Session 2
A little deeper introduction to face, paws, hygiene areas, and grooming sounds
Session 3
First full bath and delicate dry, combined with the steps introduced before.
Session 4
A complete grooming experience — calm, polished, and beautifully adapted to your puppy

Important information

Some coats and temperaments require additional time and attention to ensure the grooming process remains safe, gentle and comfortable for the dog. Additional grooming time may apply in cases such as:

  • Heavily matted coats
  • Excessive shedding or undercoat removal
  • Extra-large or high-maintenance coats
  • Behavioural handling requiring breaks or slower pacing
  • Severely dirty coats requiring additional washing or drying
  • Extended hand-scissoring or styling work

Pricing may vary depending on coat condition, size and time required.
